Do not remove items from the space. (Speaker, changing partition, beauty tools, backdrops, furniture,etc)
You are prohibited from using an area outside of the space. [ Example: No creative work in the hallway ]
No food or eating in the space.
Do not leave the space unkempt or tidy after use.
Members and their clients are the only persons allowed in the space during rental time.
No children (unless being serviced).
Pets and animals are prohibited in the space.
No smoking.
No consumption of alcohol inside the space.
No drug usage inside the space
No physical altercations.
Any disagreements between subscribers should be forwarded to management.
Any damage or removal of items in the space by space user/member will be billed in the amount of the damages.
AHM is not responsible for any equipment or items utilized between members that are purchased by other members.
A Healthy Model LLC (AHM) is not responsible for any damaged or lost belongings in the space.

Anyone utilizing the space, not registered in our system, will result in immediate termination of your contract.
Oil use ONLY in the portable tent provided.
AHM atelier is not responsible for any damages to any items or members /clients while in the space. We encourage our members to acquire personal insurance for items of value, and utilize the locker system, available to them.
Events must be approved by management (additional fee may apply).
Any member who doesn’t comply with any of the above rules is eligible for contract termination.
